Sunday 24 March 2024 at 11am – Alliance Française, 1 Kildare Street, Dublin 2
Culture, social environment, media, trends, societal issues... so many factors that influence the construction and evolution of our tastes. Good or bad, sensory or ideological, taste is not just a personal affair and is always a mirror or even a social tool. Whether it is the taste of an individual or that of an era, taste follows the evolution of the society in which it emerges. In an ever more digital world where the climate crisis, artificial intelligence and social media are coming together, whatever will become of taste?
Guests: Suad Aldarra, Mahi Binebine, Oscar Coop-Phane
