Brendan McLoughlin was
born in 1991. He holds a BA in Economics, Politics and
Law from Dublin City University, and an MA in Creative
Writing from Queen’s University Belfast, where he is
currently a PhD student.
In 2014, he was named the Hennessy 'New Irish Writer'
for his first published short story Last Breath,
which is due to be republished this year in The Hennessy
Book of Irish Fiction 2005-2015. He has recently been
awarded a bursary from the Arts Council of Northern
Ireland. |
