Deirdre Madden is from County Antrim.
Her novels include One by One in the Darkness
(1996) and Molly Fox’s Birthday (2008), which
were both shortlisted for the Orange Prize. Other works
include Nothing is Black (1994),
Authenticity (2002) and, most recently, Time
Present and Time Past (2013). She teaches at the
Oscar Wilde Centre in Trinity College Dublin, and is a
member of Aosdána. |
